A artist, business or company that appropriates (usually indigenous) cultures and then silences critique, particularly by deleting comments on social media. From the term monster and binky meaning a pacifier or silencer.

That clothing company is such a binky monster with their teepee tshirts. I commented on their face book that it was uncool and they just delete comments.
