It is used when people want to buy things with the money from a simulus check

P2: Hell yeah!

A Stumpy is a short, fat, lazy man who loves sleeping in til 3PM. He usually watches somewhere around 5-6 hours of television a night with himself and his broken couch. A Stumpy also tells many fictional fables or stories.
