Preprejudice

A conditioning or programming that is stereotyped in cultures. When people are prejudice against others of different skin color. You are raised in a family or group of people that says it's so. It's a preprejudice concept of passing there beliefs to the next generation. Speaking racism or racist with ignorance being spoken or insinuated.

Judge was Preprejudice when case went to trail. With it being in the tabloids.
