criminal justice oxymoron

The term which states that "criminal justice" are two words which contradict one another.
Justice cannot, and must not be, criminal. To call that academic field CRIMINAL JUSTICE insinuates that the justice is criminal, therefore unfair, in fact, law-breaking. The term CRIMINAL JUSTICE is insane. That's why I call it the "criminal justice oxymoron." Anyone in their right (correct) mind will vote to replace that term with, for example, SOCIAL JUSTICE.

Where a man says he's going to bust a fat nut but his... "yield", is crusty ass dust that blows away in the faint wind of any enclosed area. Significantly disappointing his receiver.

oxymoron

An oxymoron is a figure of speech in which apparently contradictory or opposing terms appear in conjuction. The common oxymoron phrase is a combination of an adjective proceeded by a noun with contrasting meanings. They may be used to empahsize a certain phrase, or to create a verbally puzzling, and therefore enganging effect.
Some examples of oxymoron, such as, but not limited to, are:

Only choice, cold sweat, grounders in space, slow burn, painfully beautiful, sweet agony, amongst others.

The examples above were taken from a romantic context, more concretely fromThe 100, when Clarke and Bellamy tacitly professed their love for each other, but there are tons of more examples.
