Vocalist for Give Up the Ghost (American Nightmare), which is probably one of the best bands in hardcore in recent memory. (I could just spit out an entire bio, but instead just go to www.giveuptheghost.com, who knows the band better than the band themselves). Tortured, sincere, satirical lyrics are the only thing that comes from this man’s pen.
"I never said I'd stay to the fucking end. Fuck you, fuck all of you. You'll never know what I wanted to say, those fucking words are as dead as the air I breathe. Life is just a big second guess, a broken staircase of mistook steps."

The opposite of the royal we, meaning "you". Used by your significant other to get you to do something.
The Spousal We: "We should clean the bathroon today", or "we should get Johnny to practice his viola more".

When you have the respect of the people and control of the whatever place you're in.
When you run things like a boss

Two people that aren't an official couple, but have all the benefits of it. If you find yourself saying "we talk", you better not be entertaining anybody else.

"Should we now proceed? If you are in a situation where a group is gathering to do something (go out for lunch, start a meeting, etc.), "Shall we?" would mean something like "Are we now all ready and is it now time to proceed with what we are here for?". (Or more simply, "Should we now proceed?", but that explains "shall" in terms of "should".)
