Another word for gender, but more sounding more sophisticated. Commonly used after an adjective such as: "male", "female", "neuter", or "gingerous".

Example 1:
Becky: "Man, Keith is such an asshole!"
Sammy: "Yeah, so are most members of the male genderium."

Example 2:
"Strive to be the most gingerous of your genderium."

Combination of the words gender and genuflect: Submitting to the use of another's preferred pronouns for fear of persecution, despite the illogicality and impracticality of them.

Professor and doctor, Jordan B. Peterson suffers persecution by LGBTQIA+ activist groups for declining to use alternative pronouns. He refuses to genderflect and encourages others to do the same.
