A deadzone of residents losing their homes to sky high rents and mortgages. Everyone but the roaches are priced out but with nowhere to go. Renters and store owners escape but homeowners rot. Creates a "yuppie ghetto endgame."

Now, thanks to gentriputrification, the neighborhood is so beyond ruined, there's no one left but Starbucks and they're leaving too.
