demons... they torture you,, scream your sins in your ears for eternity.. they will tug your nipples off but you are silent... you cant scream or beg for help...
some rip out their own nails then grind the bits in their teeth...
out of insanity you slowly tug out your teeth and grind the few left until theres nothing but dust..
your hair falls out then bugs chew on your scalp making it bleed until your brain is exposed..

The goal is to either make the scalp hurt or to make the person's appearance ugly and humiliating.
