Example: When my PC couldn't play music due to a "missing audio device error" I linked to this message screen.
So I went looking on message boards for similar issue and found one. The person posted about how Microsoft had nothing.
That forum entry was posted two YEARS before.

Me: Oh cool! I can just link to Microsoft's solution page! How convenient....

Someone with overall pitiful behaviour according to his general deeds and achievements, most of the time the person is quite ignorant towards her or his behaviour.

Huub has disregarded all colleagues and everyones advise including the clients demands, during the pitch at the multinational client's head quarters he challenged the CEO on his intelligence, what a 'Droeftoeter'.
Jan-Willem, with a grin on his face, forgot to inform the programmers and by this delayed the deliverables towards the client and in the mean time forgot to tell client, programmers and project managers until 10 minutes after the deadline, earning the title "droeftoeter of the month".
