Cincinnati Balboa

Telling someone to do up their shoe laces, and when they look up after tying them jizzing in their face.

As seen in the director's cut of the film "Rocky Balboa" in which he jizzes in Mason Dixon's face in the middle of the boxing match ensuring the win. (This may not be true.)

a name used to replace the surname of someone who is meant to be solid or hard. usually the user of the name is a chav, trying to increase their reputation, or someone taking the piss out of a chav. it is taken from the popular film 'rocky' where rockies last name is balboa, and rocky being a boxer, meaning he is tough.

usually the user of the name is not actually that hard at all, they are usually, infact a pussy.

You see what this term really involves is putting a testicle in someones eye and at the same time flexing his/hermuscles in defeat. This term could very easily be used to describe the insertion of your raunchy balboa in to a pee hole.

Commonly used from friend to friend as in the case of Hunter Harris and Mathew Barker. Often after complete many terms are deemed such as "I just raunchy balboad Matt Barker" or "Hey Matt want to receive a raunchy balboa from me"(Hunter)
