He's clean rich, he made his money in renewable energy.

He was a Reesykle diamond hand and became clean rich.

Rich people who move into, and ruin, a lower/middle class part of town or neighborhood. They move in and open up vanity boutiques and salons and useless foodie restaurant, while displacing residents and businesses that were there for years and years before them.

This used to be a cool neighborhood until all the rich raff moved in and made it unaffordable to live here anymore/

somebody who recently increased their income a moderate amount and flaunts it by always buying the latest iPhone or other tech products. Portmanteau with “nouveau riche” (someone who recently got rich and likes to show off their wealth)

Ever since Jeff got hired as a software engineer he’s been totally newphone riche with his iPhone 17 Max, Apple Watch, and smart home appliances.

gutter rich

When a person of low means throws their cash around in an attempt to act wealthy or impress others. Usually this means wasting their money on the purchase of frivolous clothes, alcohol, or otherwise living well outside their means for a short period of time. These purchases also may be made in place of paying rent or bills for the month, or running up a large amount of debt.

"Ryan just blew his whole McDonald's paycheck on some Yeezy Boosts! He'll be counting change tomorrow."
"Yeah he's acting gutter rich."
