What someone thinks he can be if he is aggressively forceful and loud in what he says.

If one is actually telling da truth, said factual assertions will likely speak for themselves, and so there should be no need to deafeningly "sell it" --- trying to be "bullyvable" often causes listeners to feel even LESS confident of da proffered information's accuracy.

Bully - Rizz

Bully rizz is the process of trying to 'pull a someone of attraction' through making fun of said person. Bully rizz was invented by a wellington local in early 2020. He mastered the act through multiple altercations resulting in fornication with the attracted gender.

the word directly translates to 'bullying someone, to gain their attraction'

"Hey bro how did you get with her last night?" "Bully - rizz bro, I called her a slut"

"Ew girl you smell like stinky fish" ----- Sex (with girl who was told she has a stinky muff)
