An explosive diarrhea. It pops out of your butt in a ball shape and explodes everywhere around you. It also slightly hurts. It can have many different forms like a super begerk (it propells you through the air) or a backwards begerk (it comes out the front).

Same meaning as "heavy-set people", but instead of saying "heavy-set people", you say "bigger-set people". Similar to "plus-size people". Nice way of saying "fat people".
