Taking someone to homecoming or prom though there is no relationship while the girl has a crush on another guy. Because of this the other guy can't get with the girl who likes him, hence cockblockdate.

It is when when you take your phone to a verizon store and buy it something special. For example, blackberrys are high maintenance. They could have you waiting for like 2 hours while they pick out a new case or skin or something. You should google these phones and make sure they are not on the America's most wanted list before you go dating these phones.
