One who is fortunate to be named after Lil Wayne’s “Tha Carter V”. He’s white but always tries to be black and whispers the N word to himself at night and at school, but manages to get away with it because no one hears him.

He still gets turned down 99% of the time and will only sometimes get that one girl who is the least popular girl in the grade. He gets jealous of the other boys because they get the not ugly girls.

Carter is a sweet and funny guy. He usually had brown or light brown colored hair. He is kinda short but not to short. He has a hard time looking for the right girl. Like having an on and off relationship with but meets one of the new girls and once they date for three months you know he is locked in.
