A university in downtown Atlanta full of hipsters who spend 90% of their time sitting in the courtyard smoking cigarettes with their beards and glasses on so everyone can see how cool they are. Georgia State is growing in popularity not only because it is one of the more esteemed schools in the state, but also because young hipsters know that they will fit in and can show themselves off to people who understand them.

State Kuban

Indie/punk band originally from Norway, but now based in Liverpool. Side-project to Tord Øverland Knudsen of the Wombats. The name derives from a Russian Cossack dance group.

Alexander Pavelich, Andreas Westhagen, Torbjørn Caspersen and Tord Øverland Knudsen make up the band State Kuban.

Stat room

When the comments section on somebody's Facebook status is used to run a real-time conversation between any number of people.

Basically, turning anything posted on somebody's Wall into a chat room through mass amounts of comments directed toward each other.

Usually characterized by having to click "See More" in the feedback to look at all the comments, and responses within seconds of each other.

"Dude, I hate getting 64 updates just because somebody had to turn my wall into a stat room."

"Status: Going to the park in an hour
Best Friend 1: Dude, we never get to have a time anymore!
Best Friend 2: Everyone's coming to my house this Friday!
(Repeat 80 times)"

Stat-Whore

A player who will do anything to increase their stats in a video game. These players have big egos and base their whole sense of self-worth on their stats in their favourite video game. These players are almost always Try-Hards.

Player #1: That guy wants me to help him boost. I don't wanna get called a noob for boosting.
Player #2: Yeah, he's such a Stat-Whore. I can't believe he cares that much about his stats.
