One person you will not want to encounter is a Billy Tedeschi. Usually a selfish prick looking out for himself and just himself. Acts like a big dog but everyone knows his girlfriend "Val" just bitches him around all day. Complains... ALOT. Chel skills well under sub par, eats like a 5 year old with mental disabilities, and god forbid the cheap fuck gives you a dollar when in need because "ya know... the lawyers". Hasn't missed an Easter mass with his family since 09 because the last time it happened his mother shunned him for a year. Always does this little stupid fucking thing with his hands where he kinda moves them in a circular motion like he's confused about something that has been clarified ten times already. Everyday people pray that they meet someone nice to spend the rest of their lives with, but really you should pray that you never have a daughter who ends up with someone like Billy Tedeschi.

Billy is a synonym for "Shiesty". A different term for a sorry ass motherfucker. A Billy is the the lowest scum of the earth. The type of dude that would take your last cigarette. 99% of Billy's are dead beat dads(multiple kids), wife beaters, alcoholics, drug addicts, compulsive liars, thieves, carriers of STD's, meth heads/cooks, snitches, inmates, and pretty much white trash racist rednecks. Billy's like to talk shit, but only lay hands on women. They also work under the table so that child support can't be taken out. A popular occupation for a Billy is srapping metal. They often reside in mobile homes with their mother, who also has Billy like tendencies.
