A knat that flies around annoying the fuck out of people. Can commonly be seen flying around the pecker's of dogs or other animals that are outside during the summertime

To get very drunk. A variation on words like smashed, wasted etc. To be parkered is to go beyond your normal levels of drunken-ness, into an advanced state of slurring words, public dancing, refusal to go home and occasional falling over.
