When you find yourself looking at what appears to be a third nipple but when you touch it pus comes out and you calm down with the relief of knowing your not a freek.

Dude you look really tired.

I know I was up all night with my nipple zit. I was poking it for hours. When I found out it was just a zit, I fapped the rest of the night to celebrate.

Cool I did that last week.
