A small town with a population of 15 000 or less where gossip goes between schools, and if you aren't rich, everyone on the town hates you. Usually posts humiliating pictures in the local newspaper.

Man, my friend lives in a snob town near Calgary, and every day, she comes home from her 11th grade classes and cries! Yesterday, someone took a picture of it and put it in the paper!
