a plastic cowboy is a suburban person who larps as a cowboy in really lame ways. thinks driving on a gravel road once a month and listening to their local country music station on occasion makes them a cowboy. probably wears a hat and boots to their indoor job.
Like a bud light cowboy but worse.

a guy who adopts a pseudo-country aesthetic and personality while living in a suburban area. can be seen cruising around the subdivision in their unbeaten lifted chevy silverado, listening to morgan wallen with their blonde spray tanned girlfriend in the passenger seat. probably has fluffy well kept hair and works for their dad's contracting company.

Philly Cowboy

When a group of men each ejaculate into a pair of boots then randomly select one of the men to chase the others while wearing said boots until eventually catching one and shouting “Philly Cowboy”. The one who is caught then has to repeat the cycle and the game goes on.

This game originates in the streets of Philadelphia (1960s), however it is less popular there now. It is most popular in cities such as: Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Chicago, Illinois.
