Conceitasaur

The kind of guy who works in a cubicle next to you and even though he's at the same rank as you and your colleagues still takes it upon himself to do the manager's job using phrases like "come on people!"
Worker 1 - Dude what are you up to this weekend?
Worker 2 - I dunno, probably gonna have a qui--
Conceitasaur - Come one people! Let's get back to work, we've got three reports to put out before five o'clock!
Worker 1&2 - Shut the fuck up you faggoty fox.

Dwight from the Office is an epic conceitasaur.

connecticut

While outsiders may think of millionaires when they hear Connecticut (just like people think of Hollywood and Malibu when they hear California), the notion of it being a fabulously wealthy state is true only in a handful of towns in southwestern and central CT. While it is the richest state in the US, it also has two of the poorest cities in America--Hartford and Bridgeport. The few very wealthy people in CT are so incredibly rich that they skew the data, making the people of CT look richer than they really are. Go for a drive in Hartford, Bridgeport, Waterbury, New Haven, New Britain, or Willimantic as well as the rich places near NYC to get an accurate picture of the state. Connecticut people who live outside Fairfield County hardly even consider it to really be a part of the state--all they have in common with the rest of us is the design of their license plates.
Westport girl: I'm going shopping in The City this weekend.

Bristol guy: What "city"?

Westport girl: Why, New York! What other city would it be?

Bristol guy: Uhh, I have no reason to go to New York, so I rarely do. "The City" is pretty vague to people who are really from Connecticut and not just suburban New Yorkers.

Connecticut

The O.C. of the East Coast - though more liberal and historic. Connecticut is home to Paul Newman and Martha Stewart and birthplace of the late Hope Lange. In the 1970s, a time of major demographic change, its governors included the abortion-obsessed Thomas Meskill and the late Ella Grasso.

Connecticut television is dominated by Hartford's WFSB, Channel 3, formerly home to Oprah's pal Gayle King. No other station in America is so obsessed with its frequency number. All the station's personalities wear giant silver 3s on their lapels, and mindlessly chant "three" at every available opportunity. Hartford itself is located halfway between Boston and NYC, and has a marked inferiority complex to both of America's two oldest major cities. The state capitol building, though, is a glorious marvel of Gothic Revival, and well worth a visit.
"Connecticut is critical to Gerald Ford's chances in 1976" - some faceless bicentennial-era broadcaster.

Connexed

Connexed (Verb) the act of being screwed over by Connex.

Background Info: Connex is probably the worst public transport system in the universe. Trains constantly running late or being cancelled it's never been harder to get to where you want to go.
"Hey, where are you?"
"Sorry I'm running late I got connexed again!"
"That's the 4th time this week"
