A person who normally has a college degree, but, for whatever stroke of bad luck cannot find work in the area he went to school for. He then finds work in a skilled trade, usually a family member sets him up in this job, and then breaks down working conditions for guys in that trade by doing things in a shoddy and dangerous manner and causes others to be laid off because they refuse to do the same.
