The term to congratulate one on a humerous and or skilled accomplishment, which is often a skill that doesn't require much effort or talent,the accomplisher is refered to as Roin a welsh sounding twist on the name Roy. The phrase is often pronounced in a high pitched welsh accent with a ``uhhh'' in between the nice one and Roin
