Sick Rat

Most commonly used in Australia. Can be used as an insult to anybody, but generally laid off at your friends or acquaintances in a jokingly manner.

Can also have the potential for appraisals, such as another Australian colloquialism fully sick('fully sick, mate' after can be used as well).

"Your such a sick rat."
OR
"Your such a sick rheeet" (emphasize on the rat to show even more disgust)

Plague Rat

An entitled white person who ignores safety precautions and medical advice during a pandemic, spreading disease to everyone they come in contact with. They don't wear face masks or shields, they go shopping while standing too close and they don't wash their hands or use hand sanitizer.

My neighbor, Karen, died of covid-19 yesterday. I'm not surprised, that bitch was such a plague rat, her entire family is still in quarantine.

Bit of Rats

A "code word" used to communicate the fact that someone is staring at you. Derived from the word "stare". ("stare" backwards is "erats". Eliminate the "e" and you have "rats".) One could also simply say "rats" instead of the entire phrase "bit of rats" and still imply that someone is staring.

Chris was wearing a dress and some make-up in Denny's and some big fat hick was staring at him with murder in his eyes. Chris wants to inform his boy Jason that this hick is staring at him (without the hick being aware that he is saying it), so he says "BIT OF RATS" and Jason immediately understands. So, then Jason kisses Chris right on the tongue to create an uproar in Denny's.

Tubba Rat

When you are engaging in unprotected gay anal sex and a small piece of undigested material such as corn or a peanut gets lodged in your pee hole.

Tubba got his welfare check and took his boyfriend for a romantic dinner in Provincetown. Afterwards, they went back to Tubba's trailer and tossed each other's salads before Tubba got on all fours like a bitch.
