Brown neck 

A Semi-circumcised penis, that has been jacked off so much by its owners big burly hands, that it has developed a big brown sleeve going down the shaft of the penis. Owners of a brown neck usually don't think it's a problem, but when seen by others, it is looked down upon. The person with the brown neck will usually deny it and say that its a scar from when he was circumcised as a baby.. lies...lies....lies. He will tell you that its a scar that surrounds his whole penis.

Red Neck 

Originally defining a person from south of "the Mason-Dixon line", can be best used to describe someone who is closed-minded, unwilling to accept others, etc. Also inbred and racist can be used to define a redneck. Usually a fan of "Blue Collar TV" and Jeff Foxworthy. Often says "Y'all".

"Hell, I'm proud to be a red neck. Y'all wanna beer? I got some PBR! Fresh outta the fridge!"

Neck a toi 

A french term used by people when someone says something incorrect or stupid. They then proceed to rub their palm or fingers against the back or the person's neck with a quick horinzontal rub. The neck can be avoided by saying PSYCHE before the others say neck a toi. Same thing as a gill.

beef neck 

when you playfully *slap* the back of someone's neck, usually after they make a dumb or obvious statement. saying "BEEF NECK!" is optional while administering the *slap*.

After Bobbi asked me where her keys were, I pointed out they were right in front of her on her desk, and then gave her a BEEF NECK!
