A loquacious or chatty individual who expresses an idea or opinion without really explaining anything or give meaning to what they are talking about. Mostly in politics.

Dude, Dan in our office just spat some pretty talk. He was telling me something about his died dying of somethin', But didn't explain a damn thing about it!

mock talk

the sound that one hears when one is in a room and hears multiple conversations occurring, yet the person cannot understand what any one person is saying.

Jimmy could not hear Susie talking because the mock talk was too loud at the banquet.

Flow-Talking

When someone talks in a manor that is difficult to understand or interpret, the other person 'flow-talks' by just giving simple answers that they assume are desirable.

examples of flow-talking:

1) Chinese Take-Away: sa'vi'gar??
Tom: err, sure!
*take-away worker proceeds to drown the chips in salt and vinegar*
2) Peter: derler-der-de-de-ler *unaudible*
Chris: Yes
Peter: Really? *look of shock on Peter's face*
Chris: Oh, no!
