A MOD for half life. A fairly decent game, ruined by its comunity and often too simple for players of "better" mods, such as DoD and FA.

It is often to find a clan server who consider themselfs great, who are beat by a new clan and then make up bullshit and fail to come up with evidence to prove that said clan was being abusive towards female gamers.

Often clans will have an inferiority complex and ban anyone who dare to call anyone a poof for camping and wasting everybodies time, when face with better oponents they will make up tales of abuse to get them banned and secure there league position.

Stars and Stripes

The true flag of slavery for it proudly waived during the 224 years that slavery was legal in this country.(only four of those years did the Confederate Battle Flag fly; and for most of that time Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation actually freed slaves being held in States that were presently in rebellion, but only those slaves) During the war 300,000 Northern soldiers owned slaves including Gen. U.S. Grant, who when asked why he had not freed his slaves, like Gen. Robert E. Lee had done (even before Lincoln's unconstitutional war), smirkingly replied, "good help is hard to find”. For further proof of the truth of "Old Glory" see Lincoln's proposed 13th amendment; signed by Lincoln, the only amendment signed by a president. It stated: "No amendment shall be made to the Constitution which will authorize or give Congress the power to abolish or interfere within any state with the domestic institutions thereof, including that a person's held to labor or service by laws of said State". Furthermore, by resolution of Congress on July 23, 1861: "The War is waged by the government of the United States not in the spirit of conquest or subjugation, nor for the purpose of overthrowing or interfering with the rights or institutions of the states, but to defend and protect the Union." Congress said the War is not about slavery! They would even pass a thirteenth amendment that would make slavery permanent. Abraham Lincoln considered slaves as property and if freed they should be paid for. Before secession Lincoln wrote to Alexander Stevens: "Do the people of the South really entertain fear that a Republican administration would directly or indirectly interfere with their slaves or with them about their slaves? If they do, I wish to assure you that once, as a friend, and still I hope not as an enemy, that there is no cause for such fears. The South would be in no more danger in this respect than it was in the days of Washington." Stevens would later become Vice President of the Confederacy. The Confederate Battle flag is not now and never was a racist flag or one used to defend slavery. Anyone who believes otherwise is the result of the South's failure to preserve the Constitution, during the War of Northern Aggression, and the revisionist history spewed by multiculturalist as was predicted by southern Gen. Patrick Cleburne in 1864:"If the South lost it would mean that the history of this heroic struggle will be written by the enemy. That our youth will be trained by Northern school teachers, will learn from Northern school books their version of the war, will be impressed by all of the influences of History and Education to regard our gallant debt as traitors and our maimed veterans as fit subjects for derision." Though the Blacks in the South had been free since Jan. 1, 1863, it would take 5 months after the war ended for those Blacks who fought and lived under the Stars and Stripes to be reluctantly freed by the U.S. government. There was not one slave ever brought into this country under the Confederate flag. Every slave that was brought into this country was brought in by Northern ships under the Stars and Stripes. There was not even one slave brought into this country on a Southern vessel. The slaves were brought into this country on Northern vessels under the Stars and Stripes, for Northern greed.

He is an African-American and a supporter of the public display of the Confederate battle flag. “We’re family – black folks and white folks,” The tragedy is America began a propaganda process. The Confederate flag was used as a weapon to divide us. They’re always two sides to every story, and another side to this story is that black soldiers were Confederate heroes, too.” His grandfather served as a surgeon’s aide with Dr. Thomas Edgerton Frady of the 34th North Carolina Confederate Regiment of the Confederate army. “I was there when the NAACP national convention proclaimed its intention to remove all vestiges of the ‘Old South’ and set the propaganda machine to work in order to increase its membership. Since then, statues have been moved, streets renamed, the playing of Dixie banned, Rebel sports teams renamed – all in the interest of that demon, political correctness. So, where is the tolerance that a diverse population shares? I never have condoned the use of ‘my flag and my grandfather’s flag’ as a hateful device. It is a symbol of the heritage left to me by my Confederate ancestor. Why can’t I be proud of his service to his country?”

Cobra Strike

The term, when used in the Volcanus Island lore, refers to a method to attack fish.

In order to efficiently use a cobra strike, you must make your hand flat, and point your fingers out straight as rigid as possible. The immediate area in front of you, which is represented as a 2 foot invisible half circle in front of your chest, is known as the "Striking Zone." You then hold up your striking hand about 8 inches away from your chest. When a fish or other unsuspecting denizen of the ocean enters the "Striking Zone" you quickly thrust your hand forward at the creature and follow through with your arm in order for the strike to have full potential. If commited effectively, the cobra strike will leave the unsuspecting creature bruised, embarrased, downtrodden, and tantalized.

As the Giribaldi entered my striking zone, I gave it a Cobra Strike to teach it who's boss.
