They are addicted to cigarettes and think cigarettes are good for them. They want to encourage teens and youth and other people to start smoking. They complain about cigarette prices too much. These people are usually chain smokers who continue to smoke daily. You often see these people when your driving when your behind some idiot, that person flicks his lit cigarette out the window and littering. When I see that, I just want to run him into a goddamn utility pole!
