When someone has officially 'tanked' or has done 'bad' in a category such as social media views, personal life issues and etc. This is normally used as a joke and is used in a humours way.

This is usually used in 'floptok'.

noun.

1. When a person of average height and build engages in an orgy populated exclusively with little people, i.e. midgets, dwarfs.

2. When a person knowingly engages in sexual relations with a little person in a public venue with the sole purpose of being discovered or caught by authorities.

There's a little people porn convention in town today, so I suspect a munchkin flop is in my future.

Poor Brian was arrested again. Seems he can't stop his need for a good munchkin flop.
