NIG Weld

The act of using JB Weld on something that deserves a REAL weld (i.e. TIG or MIG). The result is a "Nigger Rigged" fix.

Steve - I've got a crack in my intake manifold and I need to repair it.

Joel - Why don't you MIG weld it?
Steve - It's aluminum, and I'm a bit unsure about using a MIG on aluminum. I don't know anybody who has a TIG welder either.
Joel - Why don't you NIG weld it (hands him a couple tubes of JB weld).

welfare

A program designed to provide financial help for those who struggle to make ends meet. This program has acquired the reputation for serving low-lifes, white trash, and drug addicts who are to lazy and stupid to get a job. How it got this wonderful reputation is beyond me (although it might have something to do with Republicans) as over 70% of welfare receivers bring home AT LEAST one paycheck.

Most of the definitions (for welfare) on Urban Dictionary say that welfare is for fat, lazy, white trash who have many kids to get more welfare money so they can by booze and drugs. the people who wrote those definitions are dumbshits.

The Troubled Assets Relief Bill that gave $700 billon to Wall Street companies with no strings attached is the ultimate example of Wall Street welfare.

Usually we would do this by hiring diggers at ridiculous prices from plant hire firms to fix up the roads, but since all the roads are fixed now and we have no excuse to give the plant hire firm more money we will just put it into corporate welfare
