This happens when the leader of the party loses their seat in an election (likely due to incompetence and/or indifference towards their constituents), yet the the powers that be allow this unelected politician to continue living in a taxpayer funded household.
The Stornoway Squatter is still occupying the taxpayer funded residence! They must really enjoy living off the backs of other hardworking citizens.
