An adjective used to determine if somebody is safe to sit next to when using a local bus service in Rotherham.

Skeggy defines people who smell as if they have just enjoyed 6 poached skeggs and/or uses their own saliva to put out cigarettes.

It can also be used to describe places and periods of time.
Recent examples involve Skegness.
