Since this Pantherk's become a meme in Joel's community and appeared in VargVerse, a Joel dedicated fan made MUGEN game. Pantherk 's sprite is made of legs of Shao Khan and also his moveset, body of Motaro and head of a panther, which makes him very cursed in terms of character design. In terms of gameplay Panterk is very broken.

When something (normally a film or game) is good but the hype makes your expectation way higher. So when you actually play or watch it, the fact the media has given you a different perception you cannot say it is good you can only say terrible.
