Kinda like an atheist but not a dick about it. Also doesn't mention it in every conversation that ever did a thing. You aren't the opposite of a theist, you're just not a theist.

An individual who speaks to another at a normal conversational volume during the course of a lecture or other event for which whispering would be appropriate, but apparently wholeheartedly believes they are actually whispering.

Since Joe is a nonwhisperer, the entire class could hear as he told the person next to him that he slept with the teacher the night before.
