It was removed from Black Ops 4 along with Speed Cola and Double Tap due to a new perk system and because it was ‘too overpowered’. The colour of the perk is red, and the icon is a white/cream cross with a red bullet crossing through it. A batch of JuggerNog mini fridges were available with a limited editon of Black Ops 3 when pre ordered.
