Respect each others

This is a phrase that is often used by Mr. Lai's (a teacher in LSC). It seems very logical and nice to respect each others, but Mr. Lai doesn't even respect us by dismissing us on time. He scolds the innocent too, making him a semi-infamous teacher in LSC.

Mr Lai: You should respect the teachers, respect classmates, respect each others.
Student: You don't even respect us. You often dismisses us late.
