When you go through your Facebook/MySpace accounts and remove people you haven't talk to in years or don't really care about.

I was up to 1,000 friends, but back down to 400 after my friend draft this weekend.

When one drafts an email or letter or other written work to be sent or published by another, after the final sender/author tweaks the message, to be in their tone of voice or include additional information.
