A term used to describe someone who isn't necessarily bad-looking, but not attractive enough to be considered good-looking.
Person A: Hey, do you think person C is hot?
Person B: Nah, but I wouldn't say person C is ugly, though. Person C is decent-looking.

Honest-Decent

adjective

1) Truthful and/or sincere

2) No bullshit

Typically said in the phrase: “Let’s be honest-decent,” when either agreeing with a statement someone else had just made, or preceeding a statement you are about to make.
