When someone gives you a compliment but counteracts it with a put-down.

An example of a complidiss-"You are so beautiful, but there is something extremely wrong with you."

A cross between 'complicated' and 'to be treated with caution'.
It is to be used for something that is considered confusing, complicated or really weirdly-annoying but that must be kept secretive or told to people cautiously for fear of what might get spread.

1) An Asshole who is a dick and finally falls follows the rules while still being an asshole

2) Anus which must be coaxed into pooping

3) Constipation which can be resolved but massaging your asshole into compliance.

a portmanteau of compliment and hate: to offer a compliment that is actually hateful

"That's the smartest thing you've ever said in your life!" "Don't you complimate (on) me!"

While acknowledging the other's intelligence, the complimater suggests that it is rarely, if ever, expressed. Hence, the speaker is complimenting and hating simultaneously.
