Having good or great quality while being high on marijuana or any other species of cannabis, specifically relating to music, television or video games.

Yo man, the Flaming Lips are such a blazable band, lets listen to The Soft Bulletin for the eighteenth time.

Why do you think Mad TV's blazable? It's not funny at all, in fact I feel stupid even watching it.

Many feel that Resident Evil 4 is in fact not blazable because of its scary elements. I think its those scary elements the make it ultimately blazable.
