Victim blaming is blaming the victim for a crime they didn't commit. Victim blaming is being blamed for somebody else's actions.

Think of victim blaming as when someone's raped, they (police, judge, counselor, whoever) always ask the victim what they were wearing, how they were wearing it, etc.

clam baking

To smoke marijuana in an enclosed vehicle, causing the vehicle to fill up with smoke. This achieves a better high because no smoke is wasted in the process, and is usually done with a blunt or a joint. This is known as clam baking.

"Me and George are going to clam bake in his car later, want to come?"
"We clam baked last night and we were trippin' balls after words."
"George clam baked in his car and now can't get the pot smell out of it."
"Hey, want to go clam baking later?"

Korean Braking

Korean Braking as the act of an inexperienced or incompetent driver believing that the brake pedal on a vehicle has only two positions, none or fully applied. When Korean braking is used occupants of the vehicle can expect to experience unpleasant g-forces from either the car screeching to a stop or the vehicle behind them that was caught off guard. As the name hints, this is common practice in Korea.

There was another pile up today on I-35, some driver that was korean braking in the fast lane made a semi smash into him and jack knife.
