A proper noun used to describe someone on a job site that is a complete dipshit. These individuals usually have only a few teeth left in their skull.

"Look at this fucking Toofus over here using a screw driver on a nail."

"Never be a Toofus on your first day."

"Hey Toofus! Did ya get that nail screwed in yet ya fucking dipshit?"

A type of vegan dish, similar to a turducken but made out of tofu. A turducken is a turkey, stuffed inside duck, stuffed inside a chicken.

cold tofurkey

"Cold tofurkey" is a term describing the actions of a vegan who gives up his habit or addiction at a single moment, rather than through gradually easing the process through tapering off or supplemental medication. The term allegedly derives from the comparison of a cold tofurkey carcass and the state of a withdrawing addict. It is often preceded by the word 'going', as 'going cold tofurkey'.

tofuification

the process of turning soymilk into tofu by adding nigari (magnesium chloride) or calcium sulfate. it is also achieved on a home scale by adding an acid such as vinegar or lemon juice to create a substitute for buttermilk in recipes.

and finally, it unintentionally happens when adding cold soymilk to hot coffee, which creates curdles and little tofu-y bits. (this can be avoided by putting the soymilk in the bottom of the mug and slowly adding the coffee to cook/acidify the soymilk slowly, which creates far smaller particles of tofu.)
