When people--usually high school and college students--attempt to hide the fact that they are texting by holding their cell phones on their laps beneath the desk.

Careful dude. Prof. Bilbs is wandering the room looking for tummy texting.

I am totally tummy texting in most of my classes this semester. It's solid.

used in casual conversation ...so <proper noun> and I were at dinner, asparagus texting the other ight; laughing maniacally in my head.

Cookie Monster Texter

A person who is NOT tech-savvy who has a tendency to use short sentences and omit words due to laziness and/or inability to text properly.

A normal text message would be, "I will see you at the mall at 6pm"

A Cookie Monster Texter would be, "Mall. Me. You. 6"
