1. A rediculously large number, generally used to exagerate the amount of money.

2. Could be defined as four times a zillion. A zillion comes after a trillion. So one quadzillion should be 4,000,000,000,000,000.

The United States has a national debt of like quadzillion. (Which isn't far from the truth really).
