A Quanze is somebody who is often offensive, but under the impression that they are joking. A Quanze will often insult the culture and personality of his/her friends and think that he/she is funny.
Ugh, that guy right there is such a Quanze. Be careful when you’re talking with them, or else they’ll insult you!
