An act or condition that is both perverted and vulgar at the same time. Or a defining quality of a person who is both perverted and vulgar at the same time.
Seeing that guy getting shot up the ass with a spear gun was really pervulgar.

Essentially the same as pervasiveness. Existing in a ubiquitous and persistent way in space or time. Present and noticeable throughout. The state or quality of being present in all parts of a particular thing or place.
The ubiquity, pervasivity and value of Einstein's work throughout modern physics cannot be underestimated.
