Moff : A word used only in a small are of the Highlands of Scotland, mainly heard in a luxurious and splendid little Town called Dingwall usually used by the coolest guys in town called 'Gudgies'.
MOFF Means something spectacular, tremendous or outstanding.

"mock" + "offended". Someone is moffended when they are only pretending to be upset or angry at someone else. They aren't ACTUALLY offended, but maybe just a little, and want to make the person feel guilty while keeping things light-hearted.

1) David: Sarah, I'm sorry I called you trashy. I didn't mean it.

Sarah: Oh it's ok, I wasn't REALLY upset, I was just moffended.

2) Warren: I can't believe you would do that to me!
