Is a shy type of a girl yet with so many potential to ponder on. She is not good at expressing her feeling and emotions through speaking yet you can feel it through her actions. She doesn't want to do a first move. Also she would always have this childish side even though she ages.

Stephen: You see that girl? Is that Fhebe?

Joshua: Yeah, she looks weird though.

Stephen: But I like weird girls, she seems to be fun and interesting with!
