Filipino Time

When Filipinos arrive to a party two to four hours late because they hate to be the first ones there. If you have Caucasian friends, they will most likely disregard "Filipino Time" and arrive at the set time.
The party started a while ago, but with Filipino Time, I don't expect guests to come for another two hours.
